This workshop will focus on finding the resources to counteract the trauma one has experienced and reclaiming their power through healing. We will center this conversation around the importance of finding value in community spaces, collective restoration, and power through action. Themes will include healing-centered engagement, cultural identity, optimism, and sustainable well-being.
