About the Event
This workshop will focus on mental health. This conversation will center around how mental health can affect all areas of their lives including self-esteem, school, work, family, friendships and relationships. We will discuss the realities of choices, consequences, and rewards related to mental health. Themes will include coping skills, breaking barriers, developing ways to manage home/school stressors and providing resources.
